Joe, two perspectives may be correct but they are only aspects of the same truth, aren't they? Maybe 'the truth' whatever it is, is more than the sum of the perspectives. I think I can understand what is meant by 'truth can be mutifaceted' perhaps along the lines above regarding perspective, but I'm not sure how truth can be (self?)-contradictory. What does that mean?
