Good to talk to you Howard

Yes I went to the White Horse as well.......I seem to remember it being in a room almost under the railway bridge. John Renbourn did his train tune there to the sound of steam trains overhead. I think it was run by a chap called Sidney.

The Molly Miller I loved especially, and wrote a song about many years later....the chorus goes

Bill Boazman sang the Rambling Boy
Mike Cooper sang the blues
Some sang songs of Vietnam
And hoped the Yanks would lose (don't sing this in front of USAF personnel!)
We sang the Irish rebel songs
By the rising of the moon
Down at the Molly Miller Club
Some 35 years ago (I'll have to change this to 45 soon)
