There's a CD from the Riverside Ceilidh Band called 'First Footing'. It has an instruction booklet and also the first part of each tune has a caller so you do the dance with the caller and then the tune goes on without the caller. It's very easy to follow and has some of the more fun dances like Strip the Willow and The Dashing White Sergeant. You can get it from Tayberry.com, I think. They also have dancing videos. Definately worth getting because Scottish country dancing is a riot when you get going and will liven up any party.
