Did this bloke really believe that he could fiddle around inside US military databases and get away with it? He's obviously not stupid as he managed to hack into the systems in the first place. That being so, he should have forseen the repercussions and not now try to hide behind the UK legal system. He didn't consult any lawyers before committing his deed so should be man enough to accept the consequences now.
