Tabster - it's a hoax, I'm certain. There was one going around in North Texas not long ago and an email exposing the scam was sent throughout the Celtic community up here to advise everyone. I was chosen as a victim but I got hip to their scam when they started delaying the "wedding" date and then asked me for my bank account number so they could send me a, "down-payment" on the fee we settled on for me to do the wedding. The folks who contacted me were not very bright and frankly, reading the letter that was sent to you, why, I was tipped off immediately. Sorry Tabster, but good luck on the next round. Cheers.
