No one has to take my word for it. Do a little online research, and you'll see most of the media has done at least one story on it during the primaries.

There was a sudden streak of women hired after the primaries ended, and Obama decided he might need some women on the team to appease and pander successfully to women.

Doesn't seem to be working though.

I also read recently that Democratic women especially are concerned that Obama will flip on abortion.
