I used to go to CV, way back when before it moved away from the park the first time. In those days they had no electricity in the park so, they needed to run a generator to power the main stage, and they also quit at dusk so as to avoid darkness. There were, therefore, lots of acoustic events, and that was great. I remember contradancing on the tennis courts, alternating with skinny-dipping in the lake. Every other dance was in the water. Maybe nest year, if gas doesn't get much worse, and it doesn't conflict with the (much nearer) Maritime festival. Does anyone remember Robert J. Lurtsema's "Your monkey's got his balls in my Martini" ? MD
