I was told by a local that there had been complaints about the central grassed area of Blackmore Gardens being damaged by the craft tent last year, which was why there were craft stalls occupying part of what had been the dance tent, cutting down the space for ceilidhs.

There were indeed several noticable parallel lines on the ground in the centre of the grassed area but I don't remember there being a floor in the craft tent - can anyone confirm that there was? Or is the festival getting blamed for a different cause?
