I remember fondly from my youth that Mad Magazine did a number of parodies of popular songs and classics. The one I remember best was their parody of "Tea for Two" post WWIII Picture you alone with me A tree for two our home would be With me for you and you for me ALONE! Nobody near us to see or to hear us No inlaws arriving Cause none are surviving No one will phone dear Cause there are no phones to own, dear That's all I remember, but i would love to have more. If anyone remembers or has ancient moldering copies of mad they can research I would be most apreciative. Thank you all.
