Has I was saying
"What a great Knockholt despite the torrents of rain.
Well done to everyone who braved Wind and Rain, Mud and Flood and still the Fire burned and still the Music played.

Thanks to Sue and Mick for the lift into Orpington.I will always remember Mick Forde saying to me "Go change those trousers I am not walking through Orpington with you covered in Sheep shit.

My Polish friend Chrissey is facinated by the whole thing and wonders how people can play so well so pissed. I missed my meal because of her "silly women. She said she was on the Lane I thought she ment Stonings lane so off I flew to meet her when I got to bottom of Stonings lane no one there? Turns out she on the Lane by the Crown the next pub down so I waited in the Tally ho and a hour and a half later she turns up.
Finally.
Thanks to the Bar Staff of the Tally Ho who gave us the loan of 2 umberella,s and a pair of wellies and two rounds of sandwichs Free so my polish friend could eat stay dry and wade through the flooded lane .rather then me give her a piggyback which the locals thought would end with her and me falling Arse over Head. because I was pissed. Absolute nonsense. They could have given us a torch it was Cave dark up that lane thanks TO god we both work the Caves in Chislehurst. Excellent Knockholt Roll on June. Take care all.
