I have been to alot of sessions where there are very good young musicians who will insist on playing complicated tunes at break neck speed, which although may be good for them, makes it impossible for the not so talented older musicians to follow. I used to run a session a few years ago where all the musicians new each other and each others musical weaknesses and we would if need be take the tune apart so that we could all learn it. All most like having a session workshop. The age range went at the time from about 11 to about 70
