For the enlightenment of South Yorkshire folkies, the wonderful Brian Dawson will be appearing at Kiveton Park Folk Club on Tuesday 16th September. Brian will present an evening of traditional songs and music, mainly from his native Lincolnshire. He is steeped in the traditions, life and music of the area and performs with an enthusiasm that is infectious. Expect to hear many songs which you thought you knew, some that you do know and a fair sprinkling of comical anecdotes. Come down to Kiveton on the 16th for a great night with Brian Dawson. All welcome. Kick-off 8.30 (ish). Regards Andy
