Like the Bentley case over on this side of the pond, the Rosenberg is a case where the verdict was correct and the penalty was carried out in accordance with the law as it stood at the time, justice was not done by the executions. Both these cases, together with the Timothy Evans and Ruth Ellis cases are what put me against capital punnishment.
