Good on ya, Joe! I never thought to do that. Anyone who's interested in what folks like Colleen, my late wife Vaughn and I have been doing here in upstate NY all these years, along with a bunch of other amazing public folklorists and tradition-bearers (including recently Mudcatter Dave Ruch - just out with a fine album, BTW), can do no better than to click the link to the "Meet the Masters" homepage. Varick Chittenden, the St. Lawrence valley man who has been the guiding spirit of TAUNY all these years, is the folklorist I want to be when I grow up. Alas, he's a bit younger than I.
