Hiya. On 2nd Nov, 6pm on, there is a concert to "Celebrate 50 years of Scottish CND songs and reaffirm our opposition to Nuclear weapons on Scotland through music." Penny Stone has organised the event to launch a tremendous book of about 80 songs, with dots, stories, photies. I hope Footstompin will stock the book, bargain price of a fiver. Concert is in the Pleasance Cabaret Bar, Edinburgh, from 6pm on, 2/11/08, £6 or £4. Performers include Karine Polwart, Roy Bailey, Nancy Nicolson, Alistair Hulett, Margaret Bennett, Ian Walker, Protest in Harmony Choir, Alison McMorland, Geordie McIntyre, David Ferrand, Jim Brown.
