Hi Folks, this may be an easy one or a hard one; I'm not too sure. About twenty years ago (God, was it really that long ago?) there was a series of programmes shown on British TV featuring George Hamilton IV and guests. One guest (a singer / guitarist) sang a song I think called Kitty Star. I have the words but I can't remember the singer's name. Can anyone help? The first verse was.... A Texas rodeo you turn a boy to smiling He's just about to fall in love with Kitty Starr She's riding like the win with her hair strayed out behind her In a bright golden dress that shines just like a prairie fire And I will not forget her if I live to be fourteen Oh I will hunt her down no matter where she may roam And I'd even think of marriage, 'cause she's really peachy-king Oh we will ride the roads and have our own rodeo I love you more than football Kitty Star Thanks.
