All right, I'll venture in, time to Get Serious again. Stilly, I am pretty sure rock hauling qualifies as Weight Lifting Workout. Meanwhile. I have a co-worker who desperately needs to walk to get rid of stress and hi blood pressure etc., and I have been backsliding down to a couple of days a week. SO, this week, we set a time maybe high noon, and we get out and walk around a large block at noon. And we try for five days a week except if we are in the field. And I still do evening weights 3 days a week at least. And if I am in the field, I try to pack something discreet which can be eaten in lieu of corndogs, biscuits, or moonpies, which will be low-carb but not involve carting around ranch dressing and romaine. And I've got to do some heavy cleaning/decluttering in lieu of all the more interesting things we'd rather do that don't involve working up a sweat. There. We'll see about that!
