Thursday 4th. December. Whitstable Labour Club in Belmont Road have a rare not-quite-in-season performance by both the St Nicholas-at-Wade Hoodeners and the Deal Hoodeners. Synbyn (Bob Kenward) was far to modest to say, but he's in my diary as performing at The Good Intent at Rochester on Tuesday 9th. December. Martin Nail also runs his English country music session at The Horseshoe in Mellior Street, near London Bridge station on Sunday 7th. December. Apart from that, the Darent Valley Champions are touring Shoreham (near Sevenoaks) on Saturday 13th. December beginning at The George at 8.15 p.m. The Deal Hoodeners will be out earlier in the day at either Deal or Sandwich - better check website.
