I'm fine. It was an answer to the question "Anyone remember?". It may have happened that way but I honestly don't remember. Was busy raising kids then. Still am but I'm not paying them as much attention as I should. I think actually that Stephen Harper is the first one not to try and stack the senate. He'd much rather scuttle it. For the benefit of those from the UK, the senate is modelled after the House of Lords.
