Thanks "GUEST". It does pay to renew a thread once in a while. That was one of my reasons for the post about the video! Besides its value as a lesson, I look at the video as a "historic document".

About Sokolow. I have some blues lessons by him that are quite good and I look forward to having a look at his Carter Family book.
