Ella Mae "Big Mama" Thornton (who first recorded "Hound Dog") played harmonica. More recently, I saw Chuck Berry in concert, and he features his daughter Ingrid on vocals, and she also plays a mean mouth harp. Mary Gauthier plays harmonica sometimes, with a rack, though maybe not as a blues harpist. Gillian Welch possibly does too (there is a harp/guitar track on her last album, "Soul Journey", and I presume it's she playing).
