We had a bit of a ahem mishap here. Ten minutes before the ceremony the electricity in our area went plumb OUT ---- BONK!!! (Bev's claiming that some juiced-up, walking-antique of a segregantionist pulled the plug down at the central switch.) No matter - we went out into the iced-up van and listened to the proceedings on the radio. It had come full-circle - fitting in a way - as Barack's words had coaxed me onto the icy streets of last winter... now we'll see where history brings us.
