IMHO, all truckers are angels. My folks ran a gas station/motel in a tiny town in the Texas Panhandle that was a truck stop for the Jack Cooper car haulers. Those guys were some of the nicest people we ever met. Several of them kept in touch with us after my dad died and the station was sold; one of them made it a point to stop and see us even after he retired. And I will always bless the trucker who stopped for me on the I-5 freeway after I'd had a fender-bender and run out of gas. He took me and my son all the way back to Renton, wheeled down into the Southcenter Mall parking lot, and let us out right in front of the door! Tris, heroes are everywhere. Donnie and Ralph, bless you for making a young man's birthday really special. And Spaw, thank you for sharing. Lin
