Hubby, maybe the money isn't in there for private schools because they are PRIVATE schools. If you want to send your children to a private school then you can pay for it. The public education system has been systematically destroyed by the republican party for the last 30 years. Reagan started it in California when he was governor with the theory that educated people would not vote for him. I guess he had that part right. All improvements to schools will stimulate the economy, whether it is building new schools or simply getting some new books, or hiring new teachers. BHSC
