Okay, now how about ORB, Baltimore, WHOI, etc.? IBC is still the outlier in the statistical sense. Not saying they are wrong or biased or anything of the sort. All measures in all sciences tend to fall on a bell curve of some sort. Seizing upon the outlier and ignoring the rest of the distribution is not good science or logic.
