That reminds of the time I worked for a large insurance company, where for several weeks I replaced my staff ID badge with a same-sized piece of card with the number 666 written in green felt-tip (that pretty much summed up how I felt about working there). I only got stopped once, when I'd clipped to my belt, where the security guy couldn't see it. I unclipped it and held it up, he said, fine, in you go.
