Yes indeedee - I can only echo the words of Mr Stephens and add that Sylvia and I were hell bent on turning up to see the Boat Band tonight(as we are at Walthamstow Folk Club tomorrow(Sunday)night), had it not been for a short notice all day rehearsal today for a performance of our Waltzers & Wonders show on Saturday 4th April at Florence Nightingale Hall, up here in Holloway, Derbyshire. We would have loved to have been there and we will certainly drop in again as soon as we can. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit as the opening guests in February - it was a RIOT! This is a brand new club destined for success because it is clearly run on passion and enthusiasm as well as clued - in organisational nouse and respect for the musical genre. I would urge anyone within striking distance not to miss the very next opportunity to visit this vibrant new folk venue - you will be so glad you did...the young and lovely Katie and Helen, I know, will be there to offer you a warm welcome.
