I appreciate the kind words from most of those of you who received and were able to play the CD, but most of you sent me PMs or emails so I'm not getting the public acclaim (patronizing though it may be). I expressed a desire in an earlier message to hear "...from the rest of you, preferably here rather than via PM. I'm still sending them out free to any Mudcatters willing to listen." There are still a small handful of recipients from whom I have yet to hear and one to whom I have as yet been unable to provide a disk because of his failure to get through to me regarding a time we might share some curry. If there are still some out there who have received the disk but whose CD players won't play it, try it in your computer. That seems to work--particularly if you have peripheral speakers or earphones. I don't know why this happens--they are not supposed to be MP3s, and the disk plays fine on my 15 year old cheapo Casio all-in-one audio system. Charles
