Hmmmm. I had a different reaction to the lecture- I thought him simplistic to an extreme, beating a right drum on the dead horse. (Oh, dear. I suddenly recalled the story of the 21 dead horses. I have no doubt but that it was something in their meds or in their grain. I would hate to think it was sabotage.)

Anyway, to me it felt like he was addressing fifth grade students, trying hard to keep their interest.

By the way, I keep seeing the title as 'open mouthed'.
