Don, We've got this on a cd by Jean Redpath called "A Fine Song For Singing". It was released in 1987 and nearly all the tracks are poems that have been set to music, and according to the notes on the cd "Not all of the poems are recent, but they have been set to music in relatively recent years." and so it looks like the tune to Norland Wind may have been written in the mid 1980's.
