Outside your price range, but Vaude have some smashing quick-pitch tents. Poles are on the outside, and putting the tent up simply requires plugging poles into pegs on the four corners, and then clipping elastic cords round the poles. Waterproof in under 1 minute, fully pitched and in your sleeping-bag in under 5.

Try to avoid tents where pitching involves sliding poles through lots of sleeving in the flysheet. Getting them threaded in can be annoying, and getting them out again is even worse.
