There are lots of Irish tunes called 'The Humo(u)rs of ...' followed usually by a place name (though there's also 'The Humours of Whiskey' and '... Winter'). What exactly are 'homo(u)rs'? And do these tunes have anything in common musically (I certainly can't spot anything)? Thanks Ian
