'tis shame, it was the place to go for kit, I myself bought a lot of my kit from there. As others have said, it appeared that they didn't give a crap whether they sold anything or not. having bought a guitar from there, I went back a few months later to have it fully set up (which most place do when you buy a guitar from free). He didn't seem to care, and said he was too busy, and get someone else to do it.

The guy at Aire Valley Guitars in the Royal Arcade is superb, did a great job of setting my Les Paul up, and is really helpful. He doesn't have the largest amount of kit in the world, but then as he's not been about long, it costs a lot to get it all in but if you want anything, he can get it.
