An Inspector General's Report is expected to be released tomorrow in the U.S. (after a battle with the Obama Administration, taking up where George W. left off) outlining at least 100 deaths in custody of tortured prisoners, none of whom had faced trial, and some of whom were likely to be completely innocent.
