Having had no reply from Myspace Admin, I spent a great deal of time on Monday night trying to send duplicate friend requests. Most of them the system wouldn't send for the reason "X is already a friend of yours", although some, inexplicably, it did send!

On Tuesday all the friends reappeared in the friend space. Whether this was as a result of my trying to send all the friend requests again, or whether Myspace Admin pressed the right buttons, I don't know (they've still not replied). But I'm glad the problem is now resolved. (I didn't know straight away as I couldn't access the internet until late Wednesday because of server crash (Virgin)).

And an unexpected bonus as a result of this thread - another friend on Myspace - thank you again, Sedayne.
