We first met him at the Poynton Festival in the mid 70's where he used to make the room above the bar reverberate with his fantastic chorus songs. (The room with the coracle hanging on the wall) He always had time to encourage newcomers, and instill respect for the songs and the song carriers. A true gentleman....
