No, let's not worry about paperwork. We know better than the Civil Aviation Authority and the Vulcan To The Sky Trust after all. Why should our innocent enjoyment be marred by pettifogging restrictions? The fact is, the aircraft does NOT currently have a Permit To Fly. See http://www.vulcantothesky.org/ It should get said permit, hopefully within days. As someone who lives pretty close to the home of XH558 at Bruntingthorpe, also somebody who is a member of VTTS, I'm rather glad that the CAA is careful about this sort of thing.
