I knew somebody who organized something like that in Edinburgh about 30 years ago - about a dozen people in formal dress doing "Come Dancing" in Waverley Station. It was a conceptual art piece for her degree work. Her final thesis was made by baking a cake with alfabetti spaghetti mixed through it and iced with the message "Eat Your Words".
