My wife doesn't get up in the morning without 5 or 6 attempts by me to rouse her, and has missed several appointments because of sleep-related tardiness. She does have an alarm clock. But the regular note is fairly easy to get used to and ignore. I seem to recall somewhere in my memory that there was an alarm clock that varied in volume AND sound pattern, so that the victim could not easily adjust. Does anyone know of such a device? Half of my own morning energies are directed towards just getting her up. Thanks in advance. Post your responses here, of course. Others Mudcatters may benefit. But sometimes I can't get to Mudcat very often. So I would appreciate an email at: saulgold (at ) infionline (dot ) net
