Dark green Tomatoes will ripen if you lay them in a box with a sealed lid and make sure they are not touching each other seal the lid they love the pitch darkness they will ripendue to the gases released by the fruit in the sealed box.its trial and error but I ripen mine off in a old electric guitar case and it works wonders.check them on a weekly basis. regards Pierre.
