The festival has always taken notice of feedback from whatever quarter - it's always welcome. One of the secrets of running a good annual event is to tweak it each year, so that it always improves rather than gradually deteriorating. You can't please all the people all the time, but most festival organisers do what they can to please as many people as they can as much of the time as they can. And that's exactly what Jo and Kim try to do, as far as I can tell. Oh, and Kev, not all Mudcatters have badges, nor would we necessarily be able to read it across a crowded room! Barbara
