Two people have been charged under the Data Protection Act after a British National Party membership list was leaked onto the internet.

A 27-year-old man and a woman, aged 30, are due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on September 1.

Publishing this list breaches human rights and data protection laws, so why has Bruce Murdoch been allowed to post it on mudcat ?

Dyfed-Powys Police said it is a criminal offences under the Data Protection Act to publish this list, and confirmed two people have been charged with Section 55 Data Protection Act offences.

I have passed on to the police the post on here in which "peace" published the list on mudcat cafe.
