Ging Gang Gooli was created by Robert Baden Powell for the Boy Scouts for their World Jamboree. The idea behind it is that the words mean nothing so it didn't matter what language you spoke, you could still sing this song. A Ram Sam Sam: I have heard that this song was an African prayer (I'm guessing this is wrong if it is a Moroccan folk song)... I am wondering if anyone knows how it is meant to be sung? We used to sing it fast and silly with actions, but after we heard it was meant to be a prayer we started singing it slowly and actually singing it, versus chanting. Thanks
