I made some Nettle tea today and strongly recomend it.Its lovely and you can fascinate young children with it because if you do it correctly and add lemopn to it. It changes colour from dark Green to light pink and it lovely with Honey.Its full of Iron and is very good for your liver.(hence I have been drinking no end of it) I have mastered the art of making it and I ,ll make some at Knockers. Also Nettles are nice boiled has a vegtable side dish like one would boilED Cabbage and it taste is quite similar to Kale. I will let you know when I make it(I,ll put a banner up)only joking) so you can sample it if one wishs to.
