Erikca - I am not familiar with a Stagolee verse that has those exact words - particularly the "Bad bad bad bad bad" - part - but a number of versions have verses that are close. A version based on what McNeil collected from Vera Hall in 1947 for his Southern Folk Ballads goes: Billy de Lyons said, "Stagolee Please don't take my life I've got two little babes at home And a darling, loving wife; You are a bad man You mean old Stagolee."
