Just to insure my credibility I would like to make it Plain, I was not drinking Marinate at the meal Saturday night. The Marinate I was drinking was uncooked. The Beef Swam in Richards cool box in 2 bottles of Red Wine all afternoon Saturday while I was down the Tally Ho learning how to " DANCE DIXIE. The wine I drank was full Alcohol volume with herbs and spices and meat juices and it tasted lovely. I will fill a few bottles for The Wassail ,Its called mulled Wine.
