A bit grim but, contact your local vet and they will give you the number of the people who collect horses who have been put-down. They will probably let you have as much as you want - but you'll have to collect it. (the tail that is, not the horse). Dont ask anyone who owns a live horse if you can cut a bit out of its tail, they'll not be impressed.
