Well maybe us banjo players do get a bad rap. But I don't think it is so bad as say hammered dulcimer players or bagpipe players. I think it helps to maintain a sense of humor. One of my favorite sayings is what the old time string band Roustabout used to have plastered on some lovely orange baseball caps, "old time music, it is better than it sounds." Gracie
