It was pretty instructive to read through the whole thread to here, the shared experience and advice, and come out the other end with torn tendons instead of such severe spinal trauma that moving anything hurt. It's also good to be reminded of the utility of autoharp and dulcimer if more than one note at a time is necessary to the soul of old geezers such as us. Good wishes for a pain free Pearl Harbor Day at work as well as pain free music:) Carter B
