Midwest juju and a smokeless $#@!-reduction candle when I get home from work! 'Spaw, that's the best head advice I've ever heard (keeping busy is hand advice). I've had it pointed out to me by some smokers that the habit has become part of a routine. After sex is the movie cliche, but the smokers didn't mention that one; lighting up automatically with morning coffee was the example that got a lot of heads nodding. Just an observation, I hope it helps.
